In their awareness campaign, the Norwegian Red Cross lets refugees and migrants themselves play the main part.
By being exposed to this campaign, we hope that inhumane myths will crumble in the meeting with humane faces and voices. And of course encourage people to take a stand, and raise their voice to outbalance the impression of xenophobia. In this film young people are trying to read out Norwegian words. The young migrants are seemingly oblivious to the fact that the words used in the learning process are harsh comments from immigrant-hostile Norwegian Facebook-pages, thus creating a very strong and emotional contrast for the viewers.
