This case study seeks to document and examine a good practice example of how accountability to beneficiaries (AtB) is being achieved as part of the disaster risk reduction (DRR) element of the Red Cross Consortium funded ‘Maternal, Newborn and Child Healthcare” (MNCH) programme being implemented by the Myanmar Red Cross Society (MRCS) in Myanmar. This case study focuses on the DRR part of the programme as an example of how AtB and community engagement are mainstreamed in the wider MNCH programme.
