A buddy provides the newly arrived refugee with practical guidance in, opens doors to local networking, and cultural and lingual interpretation easing the way for the new citizens into Danish society and local community
A programme linking young migrants to older mentors, who provide them access to the knowledge, experience and networks of people established in the system, to increase the likelihood that migrants find work.
