Three months ago, Syrian Arab Red Crescent teams provided sheep and feed to families in need in a number of parts of Syria. In Qadisiya, a village in Latakia governorate, 21 families benefited from the programme.

In the video above, the head of one household explains how this livelihood programme is helping bring life back to his village.

“Conditions take, and they give. Everyone has hope, a life, and a future.”

The Syrian Arab Red Crescent livelihood recovery programme is supported by the IFRC along with other Movement partners. You can learn more about how the IFRC supports SARC’s emergency and recovery response in our Syria crisis section.
